Sacrament of Baptism:

We will be offering baptisms every Sunday (except Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday and Divine Mercy Sunday)
Call the rectory to make an appointment to speak to a Priest or Deacon.
Needed for Baptism:
Completed Baptismal Registration Form (found in the packet you will receive at the meeting). 
A copy of your Childs Birth Certificate. 
Sponsor Certificates for each Godparent.
An online baptismal preparation program.

Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick:

Anyone who is planning on entering a hospital for surgery, or is experiencing a prolonged and serious illness, or very weak due to the advancement of age should call Father Bob, Father Pat and arrange for the celebration of the Sacrament of Anointing the Sick. The Sacrament is also offered at every Mass on the 3rd Sunday of each month as well.

Sacrament of Marriage:

Arrangements for the Sacrament of Marriage must be made with one of the Priests or Deacons at least SIX MONTHS before the wedding. Diocesan regulations for the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage are to be followed.
