The Sonoro Chorale is the perfect group for the experienced choir member. You don't need to be a perfect singer or read music, but this group come with the expectation of light practice at home to be confident in your part- it may be different than the person next to you! Just 10 minutes of practice or listening 2-3x/week at home is all you'll need.
ARE YOU A BEGINNER, LOOKING TO GROW YOUR VOICE? This is still the group for you! Every chorale has a melodic line, and you may always volunteer to sing the familiar melody instead of learning a new harmony. What a great way to practice singing and become more confident in your own voice!
All are welcome, no experience is necessary.
This group is for adults age 18 and older. Thank you.

Cantors
Cantors lead the congregation in singing at most of the Sunday liturgies and special liturgies throughout the church year. Good vocal skills and knowledge of music, including the keyboard, are important for this ministry. Cantors meet once a month to review the music chosen for the liturgies.
If you are interested in participating in our "Cantor in Training" program and practicing to become a solo cantor, please fill out our contact form and indicate such in the notes section at the bottom of the form.
Our next cantor rehearsal will be TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 @ 6:15pm.
Musicians/Accompanists
We sometimes need musicians to provide instrumental music to support the worshipping congregation and choirs at liturgies and special events throughout the year. Volunteers are always welcome to share their talents on keyboards, guitar, flute, strings, brass, etc. A minimum of 5 years of experience with an instrument is necessary to audition for this aspect of ministry. Please email Kaitlyn at RKSGmusic@gmail.com to express your interest!
